M.S. in Accounting chances - having CPA exams passed

Hello,

What would be the chances of getting accepted to a top MSA (MS in Accounting) such as UIUC and USC??

me:
1. Finanace major (bio minor) from tier 1 school- 3.21 overall/3.95 major, working full-time at a government agency during senior year (worked 20+ hours during freshmen - junior).
2. All sections of CPA examination passed
3. Two years of consulting experience at one of six global accounting firm
4. GMAT - planning to take it, but will ask admission office as some schools done require GMAT if CPA exam is passed. Hoping for 650+
5. Recommendation - strong recommendation from supervisor and a partner at the practice
6. EC - assistant captain on a hockey team (competing at state level)

I could be applying to MBA instead of MSA but I need additional 30+ credits in Accounting to get Licensed as CPA...
Do you guys thing having CPA exam passed + work experience help me get into a MSA program? If so what are the chances at the top schools? Thank you all.

I would definitely think having passed the CPA exam would increase your acceptance into an MSA program. However, I thought you had to have your MSA before you could sit for the exam. Does that vary by state?

stlmom thank for your reply. It varies by state- there are state where you can sit for the exam with 120 credits.
