Made a mistake on application!

Okay, so I have already submitted my application, and I checked it over many times, however somehow I missed something.
So I got a 770 on the SAT Subject Test for Chemistry, 740 for Math II, and 700 for US History. I sent in official reports to every school, and this is how I reported it on the Common App. However, I attached an additional resume to elaborate on EC's, and on it I reported a 770-for Chem, a 740 for math II, and a 770!!!!-for US

I wasn't trying to cheat in any way, and I feel really bad about it/nervous. I'm very honest, so I don't want them to think I was trying to boost my application! What do you recommend I do? Should I email them with an updated resume, and call attention to my mistake? Or should I just hope they won't notice? I don't want this to ruin any of my chances, as I am applying to extremely competitive schools that might not tolerate any inconsistencies. I feel that honesty is the best policy... What do you think?

It’s not a big deal, but if it would make you fill better, send a new resume, either by mail or email, with a short note saying that the submitted resume had a small typo, and please substitute the revised resume. Don’t point out the error. Mark the new one “revised” or with today’s date, or something so that it will be easily identified as the correct one.

I sent an email to the admissions officers just to clear my own conscience. I would hate to not get in because they think I tried to cheat…
