What are the different address protocols that need to be used if mailing from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or USPS? This is for a student in the Robins Dorm.
They are given a PO box for all 4 years but my son has not gotten an address yet. My eldest who just graduated had already gotten an address by this point so we aren’t sure what’s up.
@turtletime Have your son check Bannerweb. My daughter says her PO Box number is there (somewhere under Personal Information, she thinks).
Yeah. Try to go to your personal information (top left of the entire menu on banner web) and click on addresses. I’m pretty sure they’re in right now. Please go ahead and have your son call to verify everything. The phone number is listed here, and they are always very nice:

I called them earlier and they said that there are a lot of changes going on right now that might be contributing to the delay. DO NOT quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure he said that they’re changing the addresses on campus and the new address of the post office was going to be 410 Westhampton Way instead of 28 Westhampton Way. Please call to verify this, though; don’t just take my word blindly. But anyways, that might be contributing to some delays.
My DD was a freshman last yr & didn’t get her address/PO# u til the orientation/registration in Tyler Hanes.

was just chiming in to say that YES the address has changed this year to 410 Westhampton Way. Also just a heads up for incoming students that sometimes there is a delay from when the package is scanned and showing delivered, to when the package is actually available for pick up by the student. They will receive an e-mail telling them that it is ready. mailroom handles a TON of packages so i know my daughter was frustrated at times waiting during the gap between delivered… and actually being able to get her package. Can take a day at times. But more often just a couple of hours.
