<p>I was doing my fafsa and I encountered alot of problems with my parents Electronic Pin. It said that they couldn't verify it and they couldn't tell if it was authentic. They gave me an option to mail in my parents signature and I did Tuesday so it should get there by the end of the week. What I want to know is when they get the signatures how long does it take to process the fafsa. I submitted my application online but I am worried once they get the signature they will take 2-3 weeks to finish processing. If anyone mailed in their signature please tell me how long it takes from when they get the signatures and if they email you telling you that they received it. I am trying to hit a March 1st deadline.</p>

<p>It could take a very long time at this time of the year. Also, if they could not authenticate the PIN, there may end up being some other issues. You should get your parent to find out what the story is with the PIN.</p>
