<p>Hello, I applied to Duke ED, and on the to-do checklist they sent me, it says I have to mail in my family's 2010 tax returns and W2's. I have both of these documents on hand. Do I have to type up some sort of cover letter to mail with these forms?</p>
<p>No, but put your name and student ID (if you have it, YOUR social security # if you don’t have an ID yet) on top of EVERY single page.</p>
