I wanted to double major with Public Policy but my school only has a minor called Public Affairs. I can create a Public Policy major through the Independent Major program. If I did this, how would law schools look upon this? Also, is Public Policy seen as a difficult major or legitimate? (non-fluff)

They do not care, you can major in basket weaving all they care.

Public policy difficult? No.

Your major doesn’t matter, as long as you do well in it.

^As for basket weaving, that may be looked down upon :)
