Major in BME? Biology? Double-major in both? Major in ME w/ minor in Bioengineering? Pre-med?

Hi, I am a senior in high school about to make my college decision. I am choosing between Notre Dame, Case Western, and Illinois Wesleyan. I know that I am definitely interested in Biology: I am interested in genetics, medicine, GMO crops, biomechanics, and probably more that I'm not even aware of yet. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help tell me more about the differences between all the majors that I have listed. I know I want to continue my education after undergraduate studies, but I'm not sure if I want to go to graduate school, go to medical school, or even get an MBA. I'm also thinking about joining the Peace Core for a year after my undergraduate studies because I really want to make a difference in the world. I'd say I'm pretty smart, I have a 4.5 GPA out of a 4.0 scale (weighted), I got a 36 on the AP test, and I take plenty of weighted/AP courses. I am used to managing a really heavy workload because I go to school in a very competitive area. What major will give me the best background for the future I'm looking for?
