Would this actually work? I love languages but I am concerned on how I would bee able to get into a great med school with these specific academic major and minor choices. I already know some portugese and dutch because my family are from the netherlands and caribbean. Not to a full extent but I can read and understand pretty well except I cant speak much. I really want to go to NYU Med school, Cornell's med school, or VCU med school. Just wanted to know what you all think? thanks.

If you’re fluent in several languages, you could be valuable to a hospital or office when a non-English-speaking patient arrives. You could handle the medical component as well as the translations and explanations. Your med school application certainly will stand out, too. Study what you want, excel, and go for it!
