Major in International Business and Language?

Hello,
I know there have been posts about International Business before but I haven't seen one with the joint title of int business and language as an existing major. For the most part I have been reading poor reviews on the practicality of it. But for someone who will most likely die a slow melt-e death with a major in Econ or Accounting, I was wondering if and how grim the future may look for me if I stick to this career?
My strengths are; English, completely fluent Spanish (it has high demand), and moderately fluent french plus average understandings of marketing. I always figured business mixed with linguistics would not be a weak field but, is there anyone out there who has actually gone through with it, that can share experiences otherwise?
I would love to be a representative for the government or for companies conducting business with foreign nations and their people.
What could boost my chances? (my uni has brilliant internships, so that's something)
I'm a Freshman so there's still a tad bit of time.

Thanks:)

An Business + Linguistics combination isn’t “weak” at all. Given that you’re interested in international sales and relations, a linguistic major would be a significant benefit to your resume. My only suggestion would be to decide whether you want to work for governments or corporations. If you want to work for governments, an IR + Political Science/Linguistics combo would be slightly better (though your current combination isn’t bad by any means). If you want to work for corporations, you should stick with your current double major. Also, you probably know this already, but try to major in a language other than Spanish so you can demonstrate mastery of at least 3 languages. What college are you currently attending?
