HEY- i just got accepted to the college, and i have a question about majoring and minoring at penn. i am obviously going to major in the college, but is it possible to double-major or minor in another school at penn?
thanks

You can minor in the engineering school and Wharton has some joint minors with SAS (not Wharton minors, but interschool minors or something like that).
You can double major in any school, you just have to fulfill the transfer requirements for it after your freshman year. You are in the college now so to get a double major with Wharton you would need to maintain a 3.7+ GPA freshman year and take econ 1, 2 and math 104. To get a dual with SEAS you would probably need through math 114 and probably a year of physics.

[Full list of minors](http://www.college.upenn.edu/minors/index.php)

By the way, [double major](http://www.college.upenn.edu/majors/double.php) means two majors from the same school (since they’re both the same degree - in your case, Bachelor of Arts), and [dual degree](http://www.college.upenn.edu/degree/dual.php) means majors from two different schools (Wharton is a Bachelor of Science in Economics and SEAS is a Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Science in Engineering).
