major(s)/minors... sound good for the workplace or no?

How do this possible majors/minors sound for getting a job after college? (In case you don't know, many colleges require education majors to double major in something else)

(Double major) Elementary education (K-8) + psychology

(Double major) Elementary education (1-6) + chemistry

(Major and minor) Elementary education (K-8) + chemistry minor

(Major and minor) Elementary education (1-6) + psychology minor

What grades + subjects do you think I could teach these degrees?

You should be able to look online at the website of the department of education in your state to find out what the various credential requirements are for primary and secondary school teachers.

I would think the Chem minor would be appealing since the frequent complaint is that El-Ed teachers are weak in the science/math areas.

I would think that if you also included Spanish classes, that could also be appealing to a hiring principal.
