I cannot believe how dumb I am. I realized today that i had not satisfied the general uc writing req. I got a 4 on my ap lang test and knew that would cover it, but collegeboard never sent my scores and when i tried calling them, I entered my ssn and birthday and they said they had no record of any ap tests taken. Is there another way to send scores online? also, if they really did lose all record, when will there never be another awpe test? I know I am way past all deadlines, and i should have dealt with this a loooong time ago. How will this affect my fall quarter, which classes cannot I not take before the req is met? english is my strongest subject so i have no fears of not passing the test, but I just want to make sure I don't have to enroll in a basic class before getting started with the classes I want to take.

You basically can’t enroll in writing classes until you pass that test. I believe there is another testing session in September, all hope is not lost!

Try talking to an actual operator because that’s what happened to me and my Japanese Scores.

[Subject A Program](http://basicwriting.ucsd.edu/) has a lot of answers about the AWPE - there is another offering in September if you need to take it then. An Academic Counselor can also help you figure it out - they are doing E-advising on the new student site right now…

thank you all so much. I just freaked out a little when I saw the sdcc thing on my recommended classes.
