Does USC admit students based on their major? So for example, would one have a better chance of getting accepted as a less popular/less “competitive” major? Or do they solely admit based on stats - they don’t care about your major?
If anyone’s still confused, I’ll try to clarify. So if you’re applying to Dornsife as a chemistry/biochem/biology major, do you have a harder shot of getting accepted as opposed to applying as a psych major, or even a major in a different school (like Marshall)?
