<p>I sometimes use Dreamweaver and then go over the code to make sure it’s good.</p>

It hinders you much more than it helps you, as the code that it generates is nonstandard and in no way at all elegant nor even readable, and it’s a pain in the ass to try to maintain.”</p>
<p>Literally 99.999% of people probably use 1 of 10 or 15 browsers. Not too hard to test if that’s your job. </p>
<p>Plus Dreamweaver is a WYSIWYG editor, which you acknowledged.</p>
<p>I’m not trying to pretend I have any knowledge of the professional web design industry, because I don’t, but I definitely don’t see why this guy needs to learn HTML and CSS to design a website for some organization he started.</p>
