I don't remember the exact question, but it talked about how the Mona Lisa was shipped in the US on a plane or something, and it got such good treatment that it was treated more like a __________ than a work of art.

Kobes, the actual question was something along the lines of, 'When the Mona Lisa arrived in the US, <with lots="" of="" fanfare,="" circumstance,="" and="" all="" that="">, it was treated more like a ____ than a work of art." Something along those lines.</with>

Anyone see Hotel Rwanda? I believe that America and the rest of the UN should give the peacekeepers more power. One bloody cyan helmet should be warrant enough to allow use of firearms.

---similar question.

I had five paragraphs completed, I write fast and pretty small but I ran out of space. My examples were good and I think unique. So, my closing sentence of my conclusion was very squished on the last line of the second page...the rest was spaced evenly. will this matter>

I see. Thanks.

That passage really bored me, but I found the questions rather easy.

1/3??? No...maybe we're thinking of a different one then. Three stacks of pails, with the height given by 2n + 8 = h if n is greater than one. And in figure 3, which quantity does 2 represent? The answer choices were (a) A, the distance between something or something (b) B, some other distance (c) C, hopefully the right answer, and so on...

I sure hope so. I have most of my conclusion; the meet of it anyway. Just missing the last, clinching line. Half of it, but they won't be able to make heads or tails of that half.

I think kitties elicit more sympathy, but money is the universal language of - I mean. ...

the 1st question...I think i put to show the trend of revitalizing theatres

Only if they can't read it without a microscope.

Okay. Klini, no offense intended, but I really, really, really hope you are wrong on this one :P I think that my essay's overall feel would be a whole lot better if it had an excellent clinching sentence...instead, it ends with half a word written and a bunch of light slashes drawn vaguely over the sentence in my sad, ill-fated attempt to cross it out.

If I typed it...

I can't wait to take the GRE on a computer. :)
150 WPM woohoo.

It's okay zoogies. I didn't finish mine either because my proctor has issues with basic arithmetic. We will hope together that we get 5's, because our writing is, of course, unparalleled.

i got 5.5 for one of those math ones ..someone asked and no one answered...
oh and i don't remember my center of the circle one. i think it was something 0...i dnt quite recall

are you sure it was that hard. I found the math sections absurdly easy compared to the 8 reals and pr practice tests. Now the verbal, that's a different story...

It takes the graders two mins max to read an essay. They arent going to get bogged down and research the facts to each essay.

For the essay about majority rules I stated that the majority isn't always right...I used examples from the Jim Crow era, Civil Rights movement, NAACP, Rainbow Push Coalition, Black Panther Party, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Affirmative Action, the relevance of HBCU's and used the quote by Cornel West saying "We must not forget the plight of the suffering."

I think I did good on that lol

quality not quantity.. it doesn't seem like you'd be able to develop all of those well in the space they gave you.

Hey, I had a question for you guys who are probably more informed on the SAT. Based on how I feel I did, and what I've heard, I think I only missed 2 questions on the math. If on a high curve, what kind of score would I get? Would I still get above 700?

i missed the easiest reading question: the two countries sharing a border as contiguous

i put sovereign.
its hopeless

no, you can definitly read it. its not that. I mean its that the last line I were the words: transform the world! but I didnt have space, so I wrote transform (overtop of) the world! can I still get a 6/6 in your opinion? My writing is clear...if that helps
