Did anyone get 32pi/9 for the math question about the arc length of bc?

I put perilous as well @ThemasterOG the others seemed to describe the passage.

^ It was 80/360 * 8pi. Something like that.

@biggestsunsfan thats wrong the formula for arc length is (radius)(the angle in radians) so the angle was 80 degrees convert to radians thats 4/9pi now multiply that by the radius (4/9pi)(4) the answer is 16pi/9

I remember reviewing that in my math class also the formula is Arc Length = (θ × π/180) × r so (80Xpi/180) X 4=16 pi/9

@ThemasterOG yes I’m saying perilous is the answer

But the circumference of the whole circle was 16pi right?

I remember getting 5.58 or 16pi/9.

No diameter was 8, so 8pi.

16/9 pi is correct, it was 80/360 * the entire circumference of the circle

I got 16pi/ 9 as well

Yea its 16/9 pi but a lot of people got the wrong answer because they plugged in diameter instead of the radius into the formula Arc Length = (θ × π/180) × r

@underbiz101 thank you! i’m really hoping that section 7 was experimental (i thought only one math section would have free response but i had two math sections with free response). and i know what you mean, the apworld test was just extremely unfair literally after taking it my brain hurt so much

I am really pissed that I got the question with how many angles less than 90 wrong. 1 wrong is so many points.

@Meliorus how did u get that wrong that was so easyy lol cause the vertical angle is the same so that leaves 4 angles

^ what was it?

Can someone please tell me what the answer to the question that was in the Prince passage it asked like What is the “hard referring to” And this question was pertaining to the last sentence of the first paragraph It said something like “The hard part was to explain why that happened” I think the choices were like the land the prince purchased, expressing one’s personal beleif, etc.

for the reading q about what was the author trying to show through the passage… was it that seemingly unrelated things make the big picture or that personal accounts would be more helpful than historical records?

and is there a consensus about whether it was trace gradual decline or evoke disappointment for the plastic passage?

For the largest value of m*p i thought it never said the numbers were integers, making the question pretty much impossible

how many no errors were there? i got 3
