***March 2014 SAT (US ONLY)***

Did you get a dual passage with “rights of man” by Thomas Paine and something about the French Revolution?
Was it an experimental passage? Please answer my question.

@Farileigh1 that’s what I put for the reading qu, but what do others think?

@SusanSusan Im 100% sure that was experimental…

what was the venn diagram leap year q. the first three variables to the right? or what

@Msk125 same here

I got 4 no errors for Writing (correct me if any were wrong): the Rebecca book question, the similar movies detailing women in centuries past question, the deer with disproportionately large antlers question, and the filtering out question

i was about to put no error for the filtering out question but it sounded sooo off. ugh

for the deer question i underlined disproportionately cause I thought it should be disproportionate like the dieer had disproportionate large antlers… For the soup stone passage was the “thinginess” referring to a fixed nature…

What did u guys put for the math question x^2+y^2=0 x and y were 2 possible values for z and it asked for the sum of the 2 values

You’re thinking of the plastic passage, but you’re right. I thought that “disproportionately” was referring to the antlers compared to the body of the deer or to other deer’s antlers

I got the same 4-5 no errors- same as @NoFunAllowed

@Hawkace wouldnt it be disproportionate instead of disproportionately because it was describing the antlers

@nofunallowed yea I got those same questions as no errors

@ThemasterOG

It is describing the manner in which the antlers are large (or the manner in which the antlers possess a size), so you need the adverb form of it.

@ThemasterOG no because you would need an adverb to describe large antlers. if there was no large then it should be disproportionate but because of the large you would need the -ly ending

What they said^^^ @themasterOG

For the venn diagram-like leap year question, do you guys remember what it looked like/ what letters went where? I forgot which answer I chose and want to look at it visually

check out the google doc on page 33 or something…it has that answer @NoFunAllowed

@Rookie97 for that math question i put choice E or the largest number. I think that was 47.

^agreed.
