Scores up
Is there a chart anywhere that has essay score percentiles?
omg they’re up
I got a total of 1450 and a 7/8 on the essay. Is that ok?
@jono1325 It depends on where you intend to apply. To me this a very good score.
Harder than expected! 1460 score with 8 perfect score on the essay (PSAT was 1480). Not sending them except to NMS… Sitting on a 35 ACT.
How important is the essay score? Did pretty poorly there, but 1520 on the SAT score.
How did you guys do vs what you expected?
hey guys i did exactly how i wanted to do, 1360 ( I know thats not amazing compared to you guys haha), but apparently it says im in the 95 and 91 percentile? Is that accurate, i thought my score was pretty average. What percentile are you guys in?
Wow got 8/8/8 on the essay! 700 on reading writing and 800 math. Probably gonna retake without the essay to try and improve that reading writing.
Damn. Nice scores ya’ll. Lol I’m waiting on my score for the May exam. I thought 1400+ was comparable to 2200+ smh.
@TheSeptagon Nice job, you killed it fam.
Can everyone please post their scores along with their percentiles so that we can have an idea of how we did relative to each other?
I got a 1310. 720 W+CR and 590 math lololol. I want to retake for a 1400+. I heard math is the easiest one to improve on, anyone have any tips for breaking 700+ in math?
SAT: 1470 (99th percentile (test sample) and 98% (actual national sample)) MATH: 740 (98th and 96th) READING +WRITING: 730 (99th and 97th)
1570, 800M, 770R&W, 20 Essay. Disappointed-- really wanted a 1600. Retaking at this point would be like retaking a 35 eq for a 36. I feel like it’s too late to take the June SAT (don’t have much time to prepare) and don’t want to take in the Fall, so will probably settle.
I got a 1420 way lower than what my first SAT score equated to.
Daugter’s score not yet up. Anyone else?
@vonnegut a 1570 is like a 2300 so you got the score you needed lol.
I got at 1400. I never really understood what a “good” SAT score is, so I am using the concordance tables to compare my score to ACT scores. I am a bit confused how a 1400 (the score I got) only equates to a 30…
