<p>^that is what i got too. besides, if you read it aloud, the “helped nourishing” would sound awkward.</p>

I recall has, ones, but for which, no error, I don’t know the last one. I think I picked has as my 2nd guess but I first picked ones which I thought would change to those, but I ended up picking has to had I believe.</p>
