In your opinion, how would these three schools rank against each other? Pros and cons of each? Any exclusive programs?

Edit: I’ve found that Pennsylvania residents constitute only 1% of SMCM’s enrollment, so I’d like to withdraw the school as a candidate. My curiosity about Washington and Goucher still stands.

If you want Pennsylvania residents, why not go for schools in Pennsylvania?
