Good luck, you guys!!! Suspense is AWFUL!! But good when you finally get your appointment--I got mine in November, but it was STILL AWFUL!! You'll all get in, no problem!!

has anybody on the east coast (more specifically, the DC area) heard anything from USAFA yet? I haven’t received an appointment or rejection letter or anything yet. Also, if a prep appointment is offered, what kind of envelope would it be in?

hey TCSterling,

I am from the east coast more specifically NYC and I have already received my appointment and it came in and a big envelope entitled " Appontment Enclosed".

I guess they have run out of those envelopes yet!

I live in the Washington DC area and I am still awaiting a decision. Keeping my spirits high.

I wonder why it is that they are delaying the mailing for our area, I still didn’t receive anything today.

I’m not sure what is causing the delay. I look at my status page and it still says Candidate/Complete and my DODMERB page still has the same dates. It would be good to know one way or the other so I can move on to plan B. Maybe no news is good news.

you have no idea how much i hope that is right

I’m waiting also. No word yet over on the West Coast but then again my application didn’t get finished until right before March 1st. I heard someone say something about the board not meeting last week because of spring break so maybe we will hear something this week???

yea that’s what i heard on SA forums, that the board is meeting this week. so i guess we should hope to hear something by next week im guessing? hopefully?

I don’t know about you guys but I STILL have yet to receive anything. Hopefully I will by the end of this week.

Keep hope alive. I receive my appointment Saturday. I believe there are still appointments to go out. I am wishing everyone waiting the best.
