Masters in Aero/Astro w/ full funding?

I'm a Canadian doing a BSc in mechanical engineering at the University of Alberta. Right now my GPA is 3.90 (4 point scale). I expect to graduate with something close to this.

I would like to complete a masters in aero/astro, preferably at a top American school. My question is, would I get accepted to top schools and would I likely receive full funding from any of them? Thanks.

Top graduate programs generally reserve their funding for Ph.D. students.

The above post is not correct. Funding is highly dependent on the particular department at the particular school. Top programs are not any less likely to fund a MS than othe programs. In fact, they usually have no problem getting funding so are, if anything, more likely to fund qualified MS students.

That said, it’s impossible to answer your questions. There’s a lot more that goes into the answer than GPA, including GRE scores, professor recommendations, research experience, field of interest, and what you consider a “top school”.
