match help please

Hi! I'm just looking for some feedback on admissions, and maybe even scholarship chances at the schools I am looking at. I attend a private catholic high school in western new york and have roughly a 3.75 GPA. My ideal college would be pretty well known, at least in New York, a match academically, medium sized, preferrably on the east coast. I'm considering Journalism, History, and Communcations as majors/minors. Here are some more of my stats:

SATS:
570 M, 670 CR, 620 W (retake in october)

ACTS: composite: 31 (retake in sep)

AP: US HISTORY: 5 (only two aps offered at school, all my other classes are honors).

EC:
Aquettes synchronized swimming (takes up most of my time haha)
School swimming
School newspaper (jr&senior editor)
School literary magazine
Buffalo News Youth Section Writer
Empire State Games Gold Medalist, National Medalist
Journalism Internship
Various community service
National Honor Society
Latin Club
Big Sister Coach

Schools I'm Considering:

Ithaca College
Syracuse University
University of Rochester
Colgate..but i probably won't get in/ couldn't afford it
Canisius College
American University
Boston College
SUNY Geneseo
Allegheny
Bucknell (also a reach?)
(any other ideas are welcome!)

If anyone has any advice about where I am likely to get in- it would be greatly appreciated!!

In addition, if I apply to a school like U of R, or Boston, where my SATs fall short- should I just send my ACTs? I know I can, but I'm not sure if I should just send both anyways.

Thanks so much:)

Definitely just send your ACT. MUCH better score there.

Of course if a college requires SAT subject tests, they will see your SAT score as well, but it shouldn't matter.
I don't think Bucknell and Colgate are big reaches. Your ACT and GPA are pretty good.
BC is a reach, but I wouldn't be shocked if you got in there, too.
The others are matches and safeties.

Thank you! Any one else?
