Intended Major(s) - considering:
I’d like to be a middle/high school teacher, administrator, or guidance counselor, or do something with counseling, so I’m primarily interested in psychology and education. Most likely I’d teach English or creative writing if I ended up teaching, so I’m considering a major in one of those things as well. I haven’t ruled out types of LGBTQ+ activism or political work as things I’m thinking about too.

Cost Constraints / Budget
I am lucky enough to be able to afford most schools, so while lower-cost schools would be preferable money isn’t a huge barrier.
I’m looking primarily for smaller, selective liberal-arts type schools in the New England & surrounding areas. I’ll probably shoot my shot at Harvard and Brown with no real expectation of getting in just because admissions are so wild. Loved Kenyon while I was staying there, so I’ll probably apply there as well. No real idea what to look for in terms of safeties/targets, so any suggestions would be totally appreciated!
