Math 32A vs Math 32B

I was looking at the possible math courses I would take at UCLA and I saw there is Math 32A and Math 32B. Both are Calculus of Multiple Variables and 32A is a prerequisite for 32B, but other math courses such as Linear Algebra and Differential Equations don't require me to take 32B beforehand. So I was wondering what the difference between these 2 courses are. Are the two classes directed towards different majors or is one more useful than the other?

32A is multivariable calculus differentiation, while 32B is integration. Of course both require you to take derivatives and integrals, but they focus on their respective parts. 32A and 32B are for the same majors (more math-involved/science and engineering majors), they are just two sequential courses on multivariable calculus. You take one, then take the next level. I think most majors that require one require both. The other math series for less math-intensive majors is the 3-series.
