Math 3A with Weinstein

has anyone taken math3a with this prof? there are no reviews on him/her on bruinwalk...

anything is greatly appreciated!

i had weinstein for 3b...hes alright, cant say hes good but hes not that bad either. his midterms were pretty fair. if you took AP calc 3a should be a piece of cake.

thanks so much! i did take AP calc senior year... and i did pretty well too. i didn't take the AP test though (had my reasons), but math comes easily for me. now i'm not completely clueless about the prof!

Hes a nice guy

Weinstein is much much better than popa or dai.. or in liu of the competition.. take weinstein. He's new but a nice guy and approachable. Plus his office hours weren't too crowded when I went

sorry to hijack! But I'm in a similar situation except I passed out of 3A since I got a 5 on the AP calc. My question is: Will 3B be too hard/too competitive since I might be competing against people who have taken the 3A course in college or am I adequately prepared by taking AP Calc in high shcool?

You're adequately prepared. Don't worry. It's insanely easy.

awesome, thanks guys.

2nd half of 3b goes quick though, so just be on your feet. material isnt hard

hmm.. I heard that dai is fairly easier.. you can use notes/calc on his test :\
but I'm still unsure as well.
