<p>On the economics side, take a look at the course catalogs for economics courses. See what the math prerequisites are for the intermediate micro and macro economics courses and econometrics course. For a student doubling with math and presumably looking at going on to an economics PhD program, the more math-intensive intermediate economics and econometrics courses are likely more desirable, as are strong math and statistics offerings.</p>
