Math classes for junior and senior year?

I’m a sophomore at a Georgia public high school.

I was on the second-most-advanced math track freshman year (I was something of a slacker in middle school) so I took a combined Algebra I - Geometry class with an average of 99, excluding honors points. Summer 2015, I caught up to the most advanced track by taking the combined Geometry - Algebra II class with a grade of 91 (I took three semesters over the course of 5 weeks and traveled to Haiti during that time, so my grade was lower than I would have liked).

I currently have a 94 in Accelerated Pre-Calculus and I am planning on taking AP Calculus BC next year (as a junior). Hopefully this will prepare me for the Georgia Tech calculus class that is available to seniors at my school.

Is this a math track that will look good when applying to Georgia Tech and other competitive schools?

Yes. The normal track for students who plan on attending top schools would end with taking Pre-Calc senior year. You are already 2 years ahead.

Thank you @Hamlon

bump

You are ahead of the game. Stop worrying

Thank you @penngirlpending

whether the rigors of your classes are comparable to the ones in Georgia Tech is to remain to be seen

@bvo112 I am going to be taking a Georgia Tech math class (livestreamed from the school) as a senior so hopefully it will be comparable.
