Math/CS+Finance

Well it seems for me the main component of my education at college is to get a very quantitative education. Now I also like finance but that is not the key issue (it really isnt hard to learn finance if you know the underlying math). So can someone tell me if I apply to wharton and get in how hard is it to do a double major or a double minor in math and/or cs? What type of red tape do I have to go through?

Thanks.

Bump. Someone gotta know this.

Actually, I was also thinking about this. If I get into Wharton, I would like to do a double-major at least a minor in math.

Its really not that hard to dual with another school if you're already in Wharton. That being said, dual-degrees always tend to take alot of credits because you need to fulfill both school's requirements (both for the major, AND the gen ed). College has more liberal arts GE and SEAS has more science/math GE.

lol bobby you shouldve just asked me,

What Penn15 said is correct. There is no red tape at all in terms of getting a math minor (as long as you dont gets a lot of low marks). To get the math degree at SAS, i think you need a 3.4 cumul to be considered for dual degree status. You'd have to take a lot more required credits, for example fulfilling SAS's general ed. requirements so make sure you plan early and make sure this is what you really want.
