Hey guys

I am a recently admitted transfer student looking to major in economics and I was wondering how hard the math was for an economics major? I am a little nervous about it but at my previous school I got a B in calc I so I don't know how well that will translate.

Thanks

The math portion shouldn’t be too difficult. Depending on what classes you choose to take, you’ll mostly just run into some calculus here and there. I think receiving a B in calc means you have a decent foundation, so that should be able to get you by. You can always go to a TA’s office hours if you need some help. Some of the classes also require statistics, so you should have a good working knowledge of that too.
