Should I opt to take the economics/business classes with more or less math? I don't like math, but I'd be willing to do it if it'll help a lot. My aunt who is in business says that math will make you more valuable and especially in finance.

someone help pleazzzz!!!

Don't be afraid of math. If you want to get into econ and business you'll see it a lot. Not necessarily advanced calculus, but you still need to understand it.

yeah I'd appreciate some more insight into this topic as well. Let's say you are a business/econ student and you take a math minor - would the additional math be superflous? It seems to me that if you want to be a quant, you should have loaded up on the math from the begining. If you are going into normal business, how could math classes make you more valuable? The advantage I see is that the math minor lets you keep your options more open, but even then I'm not sure, as quantitative grad school attracts engineers, physicists, math majors etc. that are better prepared.

Edit. I realize this is somewhat undergrad related lol.
