Math in Marketing?

I have always been pretty interested in marketing and I am pretty good with math, but not a huge fan of writing. Anyone know any math related type jobs in marketing?

Thank you

Sounds like you should major in math.

Market research will have a lot of statistics in it.

^^I agree. Marketing research involves a lot of statistics.

However, my S was a physics major and math minor in college. He did not like statistics courses. Maybe stats is not the kind of math you are “good” at.

I am pretty good in math, but when it comes to statistics–I hit the wall with my head. I got all A+s in math, but could not handle the statistics and I droped it. Maybe I will take it later.

Market Research definitely.

If you like strategy, some consulting firms specialize in marketing or branding.

For instance, [Interbrand Corporation | Global Branding Consultancy](http://www.interbrand.com/) has departments in analytics and strategy.

Thank you this has been extremely helpful.
