Hello,
I’m currently a high school senior about to start applying to colleges and have been doing a lot of research.
So far, I’ve been set on this dual major with math and physics because that’s what I enjoy learning about. I’ve also lately been drawn to the idea of attending a liberal arts college because small classes in more intimate settings are what I respond to most when it comes to learning. However, I do want to attend a college where those 3 subjects are strong and where I can maximize my learning and growth, because I intend on pursuing grad school and hopefully a PhD.
- The colleges that I'm currently looking at mainly are : Amherst, Williams, Rutgers New Brunswick, Swarthmore, Wellesley, and Barnard. If there are anymore you want to recommend, I'm honestly open to anything because my learning experience is of utmost importance to me. Preferably, I would want to stay within the bounds of the east coast, primarily the northeast. Which of these colleges should be my top 3 contenders, and which ones should I rule out?
- Although I know what I want to major in, what are some possible career options available for me with these majors?
