Okay, so first of all, I'm attending UCF for the Fall 2014 term, so I'm not sure if that will make a difference. I want to go ahead and take the math placement exam, but on the website it says I will be emailed my login information once I've paid my enrollment deposit, and I did that already. Weeks ago. My account even acknowledges that. However, I don't have any email like that in my spam folder or inbox. It says if this email can't be found, to go to http://www.ucf.mylabsplus.com/ and put in my NID. Well I tried that but it says there is no record of me in their system. This is because on their website it also says, "New Students: Your NID does not become eligible until the first two weeks prior to the semester you first take classes." So does that mean I can't take the Math Placement Exam until two weeks prior to the semester? Because it also says I should complete the exam before attending orientation, and I'd rather not attend orientation that late.

Same here, I emailed mathplacement@ucf.edu and they sent me my password for the MPT. It may take about a week or so. Send them your NID, PID, First and Last name, Math classes you’ve taken etc.

Okay thank you so much! Did they say why you never received it?
I’ve already emailed them with my PID and NID, so I suppose they’ll email me back within a few days.
