I'm attending UCF starting this fall, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the math placement test. I've been taking practice tests and doing the practice problems it recommends the past 2 weeks, but somehow I can't seem to get a high enough score to even pass the practice algebra test! I took Algebra II sophomore year and Precalc junior year (stat senior year), 28 on math section of ACT, but I can't seem to remember the material or am not inputting the answers into the compy correctly. The test is due this Friday, June 22! I don't have a lot of time to do it this week b/c I'm working, and I'm not sure what to do. Should I email someone, or wait until orientation (mid-July) and ask someone then?! I don't mind taking college algebra if I'm doing this poorly now, but will I even be able to get into that at this rate? I've also thought of taking math classes at community college, can you do that freshman year?

Thanks for any help and sorry if I'm complaining, but I'm not really sure what to do...
