<p>Does anyone know about the Math Placement test we have to take for GS ? What is it ? Is it the equivalent of SAT Math ??</p>

<p>No, it’s more like sequential levels of more traditional, college level math.</p>

<p>I’ve been reading conflicting advise on the GS website regarding the Placement tests.Do I take the placement tests BEFORE, or AFTER I’ve met with the academic advisor ? The website seems to suggest both, so I don’t know what to do !</p>

<p>I think you do it after you meet with your advisor but before you finalize your course selection. You may want to call the advising office and confirm that.</p>
