To sum up my story quickly, I've been two grades advanced in math since the 6th grade. This year, as an 11th grader in high school, I took AP Calculus. I already have three math credits, and I just need one more. However, for various reasons, I have decided to drop this class, and instead, during my senior year, take AP Stats. My plan is to take Calculus in college.

My question is, how will this affect me if I want to pursue a career in business/finance? I've heard conflicting answers that it either won't affect me, or that schools look to see how well you do in math if you plan on going into business/finance. I've gotten A's and B's in math throughout high school, but I'm really not interested in science/math/that entire area.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but thank you in advance!
