I took the SAT on 11th October, and scored a 770 on Math. In the full score report, it displays that I have 1 question wrong. The scaled score seems a bit less, according to that. I remember that question. It was a grid-in and hence, it results in only -1 from my raw score.
So, I want to know, if anyone else also, who had only 1 wrong, got the same score. Or should I order re-valuation?

Both one omit and one wrong result in the same raw score of 53, since a score of 52.75 for one wrong would round to 53. Therefore, since both one wrong and one omit result in the same raw score, both result in the same scaled score. Your score should be correct as it stands.
