<p>So this summer I am interested in possibly attending Mathcamp.</p>
<p>But my knowledge of Mathcamp fails. I visited the website, but I am confused. Is entrance based entirely on that little test? Or do you send transcripts/LORs as well?</p>

<p>You send transcripts+recommendations as well, but from what I’ve heard, the majority of their determination will be based on the test (probably with transcripts and stuff as tiebreakers). This is possible because all the problems are proofs and you’re supposed to spend like 2 months on it…more like a long math-based entrance essay than anything.</p>
<p>Hoping to get in as well, though I probably won’t.</p>
