yea tetracycline was for the antibiotic question

@gmarch89

Sorry it was a typo I meant that endotherm and ectotherm question, Im really trying to remember more questions but I just can’t ! i do know i guessed a lot like I. The DDT question

actually, if you look at the 2004 exam, they had a bunch of the same questions. I have began scouraging for answers :p

thank you doublechenn!!!

THAT ONE. i had no clue. nothing. stupid DDT

can you post a link plz (:

@penguin haha don’t worry, I’m horrible at remembering questions, I can only sometimes recognize questions after people have already brought them up :P

Sorry, I don’t remember the specifics of that question, but I have a vague recollection of putting A
The DDT question was cuz it accumulates in higher trophic levels - biological magnification

Was DDT the one about biomagnification or am I just remembering that from a previous practice test? Where and what is this question about tetracycline about?

Theres that, but there are only a few revelant questions, but one guy totally overthinking the tree question, which was funny. Look for yourself, they do however discuss the cytosol and membrane question

Thanks seriously

Well let’s see how it goes, now it’s the horrible wait of the century let’s hope we all hit our target scores! S far I know I have 5 wrong for sure ,DNA in interphase? Chromatin?

Oh yeah I remember other things

the one of enzymes and their range, I chose that both worked at a range of 5 or 6 (even though it’s not their ideal conditions) what did you put?

and the earthworm essentially they weren’t hard but I suffer from dyslexia and seeing the lines for me was hard I kept mixing the lines a lot, what did you put at least for the first one? I think I put that it won’t feel stimuli at segment 1

Both of those are right, penguin.

@teteatete thanks! Really appreciate it

The phylogenetic tree question got me real confused , I wasn’t sure whether to choose teeth or dietary requirements/nutirition the thing is that so much random things go into my mind, haha like o thought about essential amino acids and how it means that organisms lack such amino acids ergo DNA sequence, tooth formation seemed to broad, like for example, most mammals have a similair set of teeth but oh well. I took this test at Nicaragua like at 100 degrees haha

what about the one about if a branch fell off a tree that was six
meters tall

wait what was the answer for the DDT question?
and my raw score is probably in the low 60’s :’(

DDT question was definitely biological magnification.

wait…objection to the earthworm question. I think this one was really ambiguous actually, but I put that the muscle at Segment I couldn’t move anymore because it was a motor neuron that was destroyed. True, that stimulus would never create a reflex arc nor would ever reach the ganglia, so I’m not sure if you would still consider it to “feel” a stimulus. However, technically the neuron with the receptor was still present, i.e. it can still receive stimuli, that stimuli will just never cross the synapse to another neuron. It’s like the whole “if a tree falls in a forest, does it make a sound” conundrum.
Unless I somehow remembered the question wrong.

Azog the answer was .9, since trees grow from the top.

*bottom not top my bad

does anyone remember the question that had answer choices
a: 200
b: 300
c: forgot…
d: 1000
e: 3000
???
