So, that question was on the experimental section. Then you should have faced a math question where the side of an equilateral was asked and the answer was 16.
it asks you how many factors would be the multiple of 3 . K is 8 (if you plug in 30 and 3) there are 8 possible factors that are a multiple of 3 and apply to r<k<t .
