Than they can traditional instruments?

Am sticking with than they could with.

My friend asks the central park q. It was 6 section 10 . Was it where trees stand or there trees stand?

Yes, it sounds wrong but when you put it in the sentence it is grammatically correct. You don’t master “with” instruments.

@gegri123 Are you sure? I put in something like “no more inhibition” because they weren’t really being reckless or irresponsible, right? They were feeling free… I also thought that the part about the waves carrying them away also implied freedom. I don’t know; what do you think?

@hannah69 firmly sticking with it too. A number of my friends (perfect scorers even) went with “could”

In this case it would be correct>than they can master traditional instruments
But there is no “master” verb and is tedious. I will inform a friend to ask a teacher. He can set out a solid answer. @gegri123

@Aralis It was “with no inhibitions” no doubt there

@Aralis I’m not sure but the lines said something about “letting go and letting the wave carry them” so I thought that they got rid of their responsibilities. But I don’t remember “no more inhibition” choice, what was the exact sentence?
Because I didn’t really hesitate on that question, if there was something as clear as “no more inhibiton”, I would have hesitated.

JUST GOOGLED IT. It is an auxiliary verb thing. Although could is the past tense of can, it can also be used indicated ability or possibility.

So am stuck with this but am gon wait for the scores and maybe order the QAS  @gegri123

How did you guys do question that ask area of shaded area with graph like f(x) and g(x) on griding section ?? one the test day , i totally was baffled by the question.

@gegri123 the question was, “the imagery in lines “like a wave breaking” infers that the players?”

@Aralis If the lines were after they performed, I would have said no inhibition but in those lines, I think that the narrator was trying to explain that they stopped worrying about what would happen, hence became “reckless”.

@NOTFLIPPANT the answer was 4.5 all you had to do was using the distance formula to figure out the distances between coordinates.

Yep substitute (0,0) of f(x) in g(x) you get 3 which leads to coordinates (0,3). You get square diagonal 3. Then you use the 45-45-90 and divide 3 by radical 2
You get an answer and square it
It will be 9/2 or 4.5

Was there any given point ?

@NOTFLIPPANT it was on the graph where f(x) touched the origin

In the musician question, was there a choice with “than they could” which did not include the word “with”?

Ohhh…

@gegri123 no there wasn’t
