May 3rd SAT II's--Are you Ready?

With only 3 days to go (counting today), I'm wondering how CC is feeling.

I'm taking the US History and Math II. I feel pretty well prepared for the US History test, considering that my AP teacher has been pounding facts into us for the upcoming AP test on the 9th.

However, when it comes to math -- EEK! I'm currently in Trig and I'm fairly good at math, but I have a tendency to make stupid mistakes. Thank goodness its multiple choice, as it helps to be able to work backwards sometimes.

How ready do you feel? What are you taking? Any last minute study strategies you'd like to share?

I'm taking the math II, ush, and chemistry. I feel really prepared for the us, a little less for chem (but still wholly prepared), and not really prepared at all for the math. Hoping for all 750+ but I think I'll only get that in USH, like 720 for chem, and a lot lower for math.

Then again, i'm taking the barrons practice problems so my definition of "prepared" may be different than others.

I am taking ush, but considering my barons scores im not doing to great...

i'm taking US History and Literature. i havent studied for Literature, because i'm not sure what to go over. i'm just hoping my reading comprehension will carry me through the test ><
as for USH, my AP teacher is terrible and goes on horrible tangents about unimportant things such as the Wizard of Oz and how FDR met Grover Cleveland when FDR was 5 yrs old. so i fear i'll do terrible on both now.
if i take the SAT IIs again, will it look bad or is it sort of like SAT Is where you can take it as many times and they (UCs) wont care?

taking ush, math 2, and physics.

i'll be prepared by saturday =)

(i hope...)

I am currently cramming for us history and math level 2 - I'm the anti-asian (my math is just...blegh)

I'm only taking US history...so I was able to focus all of my attention on just us history, and thus, I am definitely ready...800 here I come!!!

nervous... not ready at all.... chem and math IIC

ivy_go, those are exactly the same tests that I am taking!!

I signed up for US History but I don't know if I am going to switch to Math II on the day of the exam or take both. Three days and I still haven't decided! Way to go! =[

USH is unbelievably hard.
And no, I'm not ready.

Taking math IIC and chem. I always thought chem would be sort of a breeze, with my taking AP Chem, but... It's all because of Barron's, right? Because I get half of the true-false questions wrong, as well as some/most of the lab questions.

Despite my not taking Precalculus, with my recent training and rather good scores in even Barron's, I'm slightly more confident here... :)

man, i'm actually really nervous for it.
taking bio and lit!
cramming bio, hope we all do well. :)

i m taking Literature and Math IIC.

arrrr literature is pretty confusing. math is okay.. but they are both quite.. frustrating at times. i hope i do well to support my transcript grades...
AND I have finals 2 days after SAT II.. how wonderful.

just out of curiosity, what does 'c' at the end of Math IIC stand for?

Physics and Chemistry LOL

I spent all day yesterday reviewing all the formulas for physics since I've done more than 10 chemistry practice tests (and I think I'm ready for that 800).

I'm really paranoid about chemistry, I always misread a few questions and screw up.

hmm...
Lit, I feel pretty okay..looked over the AP book, doing good. Mostly i have an issue with the vocabulary words-I have no problem understanding the concepts....Will most likely take the MC section of the Sparknotes APEngLang book of the 4.5 remaining tests.
USH-I was seriously worried I was going to bomb this two weeks ago. However, I've read through Kaplan SAT II twice, took notes, typed notes, and am now 80% through Princeton Review APUSH, taking notes. Will type notes, do their definitions, then look at famous quotes & books/authors.

Lots to do tonight and tommorow!

im taking french, bio, and math2c, and am super nervous about all but the french test.

any cramming tips?

PHYSICS

GRRR GRRRRRRGRR I still need to study 5 more chapters
....Nee...d....ti...me..dies

I feel your pain. I'm taking Math 2 (should be easy, I'm in calculus now) and Physics (I'm screwed...my physics class is only mechanical, so I'm cramming in all the non-mechanical physics I can fit in my head).

is no one taking Math IC?
does taking IC make you look remedial?
lol.
