“Only yesterday” is an expression that means “just yesterday” as in such a short time ago, as in the brevity of the interval. It wasn’t saying only yesterday and no other day. That was my interpretation at least.

And yeah, africanlife, it seems like that’s definitely the correct answer - it should be added to the list next time they post it.

yeah because I think the Lawyer and the Uncle had slightly differing views. Remember, the Uncle gave the narrator some sort of file to look at. This is why I put the answer was “the Uncle wanted the narrator to research and write the report” or something along those lines.

Man, I have like a 720 with like 22 questions remaining. Is it possible that those 22 were the ones that we had no trouble with and thus don’t remember them at all? Or do you guys remember having trouble with some questions that are currently not on the list?

I also agree with uniqueness of experience
brevity seems way too “directly out of the text”.
Wasn’t the emphasis placed on the fact that it was so INTERESTING how one day he’s reading that quote and the next day the guy comes. >> think that one required more thinking than just the obvious

@Olleger Yeah “WEIRD”= unique? It’s debatable. Brevity of interval means…okay he’s emphasizing that it is a short time period…but was that the main point?

CR section wouldn’t make it that obvious would it?

there were so many q’s already where apparently no thinking was required… like the “eagerness”…and the “chimps & nuts”…collegeboard is messing with our minds.

yea i was debating between brevity and uniqueness and i remember changing it on the last second…
i don’t remember what to though
ill probably kick myself for it later.
