May transfer to new school in senior year. Can it potentially hurt my chances?

My county (Fulton County Ga) doesn’t rank, nor does it give GPAs, so I won’t have to really worry about that aspect. However, the new school that I may potentially go to, which is a charter school, is about a 1/3rd the size of my old school. They also have very, VERY few AP classes, many of which I’ve already taken (though I don’t know if the school offers online courses yet). However, the school mandates that all their students take all honors classes.

So my question, can I negatively affect my chances of college admissions? If I perform at a high level compared to my peers, similar to how I did at my old school (though we didn’t rank, I’m confident I was in the top 10 of like 430 students), will it really matter? Especially if I’m being compared to others around me anyways?

Changing to a new school senior year probably won’t hurt you in college admissions, if you keep up your high performance. However, it does mean that the college counselor or whoever writes the counselor rec may not know you as well.
