May withdraw from a major prep course UCLA Aero Eng

So i made the mistake of enrolling in 5 stem courses this semester at my CC and may drop one. I enrolled in both Diff Eq and Linear Algebra and find taking both at the same time too challenging for me. I think I can get an A in linear, but I’m doing REALLY bad in DE right now. Will it significantly hurt my chances at UCLA if I withdraw and take it during the spring? I will still have all required and recommended courses complete by the end of spring, even if I have to take DE next semester. Unfortunately, this will most likely be my first W on my transcript, but my gpa would be 3.82 if I withdraw. From what I’ve read, it seems that UCs only care about GPA, even if there are a couple Ws sprinkled in. Is that also the case for engineering majors? I feel screwed.

No, it’s ok. Withdraw.
