<p>Hi, I was looking over some financial aid possibilities for UPenn and I stumbled upon this Mayor's Sch. Program and I got little information on it. Did I understand this correctly? that I will apply to it after I apply for financial aid and get accepted, and that they will cover even more of the money that the FAFSA won't cover... Do you have any more information or sites I could go to read more information regarding this?

<p>To qualify for the Mayor’s scholarship, you must live within the city limits of Philadelphia. The scholarship is a merit and need based scholarship, so if you qualify, the Mayor’s scholarship covers everything. Talk to your college counselor at your high school for more details. There is also the City scholarship for Philadelphia residents attending colleges in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Chester Counties, which is purely merit-based.</p>
