MBA schools consider grad school GPA/Upward Trend?

Hi, I'm currently studying for an MPH in Health Policy & Management at one of the Top15 US school of public health. I have a 3.93 right now... and I'm holding a part time job as well in a very related field (while taking classes) as well as researching etc. Because I am interested in working in the finances for pharmaceutical companies in the future, I'm looking to apply for MBA schools next year when I graduate to gain more understanding.

My weak point is my undergraduate GPA from UCLA which was 3.09 :( (I was able to overcome that during MPH applications only because I had an upward trend, good GRE and by my undergraduate extracurriculars)

Do you think if I maintain my graduate GPA (hopefully) and continue my job until I graduate.. there would be a slight possibility I would be able to get into a T10 MBA school in the future, specifically UCB, Harvard, Columbia or Stanford? Or will my undergraduate GPA always be the deal breaker. Basically.. do MBA schools consider graduate work?

I would HOPE to be able to attend MBA ASAP without having to continue working a few years before applying.

Please don't be afraid to be blunt if you think my goals are wayy too optimistic.
Thank you in advance!

UCB you have a shot at. I wouldn’t get your hopes up about the other three schools unless you crush the GMAT and have extraordinary work experience. With only a part-time job/research, it might be pretty difficult.
