A couple of questions...

1) MCDB or IPHY: My daughter is listed as MCDB, but she's not sure yet whether to go that route or IPHY. She's very interested in disease research, which would suggest MCDB, but she's also thought about becoming a physical therapist, which definitely goes with IPHY. According to the website, both programs will take the introductory sequence from either, so it sounds like she has some time. But I'm wondering if it's easier to go from MCDB to IPHY or vice versa. The hours required are almost exactly the same (120 and 121). She plans on double majoring in dance -- I don't know if that would make a difference.

2) Arnett or Baker: She got an invitation to register for the honors RAP. She definitely wants to do a RAP program, since she could get the smaller classes that way. She likes the idea of the honors dorm, but there don't seem to be many science choices. Baker has two MCDB classes (one is the introductory) and several IPHY classes. If a student takes an RAP class, are they still eligible to take an honors class the same semester? Any recommendations between Arnett and Baker?

Thanks for any guidance offered!
