McGill Admission Decision - It's been ages

I applied to McGill in August and they still haven’t given me my decision.

I’m a UK student completing A-Levels. I’m just a bit concerned because my exams start soon and I don’t want to have some disappointment like a week before my official finals… It will just throw me off track a bit.

Anyway, what does this mean? Does McGill normally take this long?

Canadian universities don’t send out decisions based on when you apply. Only the top students will hear early on in the process (December to February). You should expect to hear by the end of May. https://www.mcgill.ca/applying/ive-applied-now-what/when-expect-decision
